Holistic Core Restore® Diastasis Healing is a 3-phase progressive exercise programme offered by Physiomummy . The initial aim of the programme is to bring balance to your entire body, improve your posture and correct your alignment. The programme uses soft-tissue work and massage therapy and as the strength and co-ordination of your body improves you are progressed through a range of specific exercises that are tailored to your needs and become more challenging, the overall goal is to restore your core and pelvic floor strength, and achieve fully functional abdominals!
