"As women, we are so busy taking care of our children, families and careers, we often ignore our own needs.
Here at Physiomummy Edinburgh we aim to educate, support and empower women to get the best from their bodies and themselves, so if you are struggling to recover post baby, or are suffering from pelvic pain, back pain or any other pain or dysfunction, please do not accept these problems as the ‘norm’.
Physiomummy Edinburgh can offer hope and help!"
